After working with various global brands for several years, I decided to start my own business and offer consultancy services.
With over 20 years in the denim industry I've developed a solid expertise in jeans development and production process. I have a wide experience within the field from building the initial idea, creating the collections, all the way to designing the consumer experience and in-store communication.
My main focus has always been product, branding and design in denim development and I have significant experience in building the right supply chain with a sustainability-focused strategy.
At WEFT, various consultancy projects can be designed based on the requirement. All segments within denim design and value chain can be covered by my network's support with huge skills, expertise and knowledge.
CONCEPT
One of the most interesting parts of denim is to work on brand concepts. I have been fortunate to build two in-house brands for Varner from scratch with design, identity and universe.
This could also be project based as part of a sustainable strategy. One example is the on going focus to reduce water usage in denim production. This was a great project together with Candiani, Baykan Denim, Nordic Ocean Watch and SIGG, Swiss water bottles.

To get the right balance in your production you need to have the right suppliers.

Long experience from working wth denim in Italy, Turkey, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Marocco, China and South Korea.
I have mainly been working in Europe and have built some close relations with key suppliers and manufactures that are market leaders in both quality and sustainability such as Candiani, Calik, Bossa and ISKO.
